SNDPTFORD - has delays or does not work at all (WSWS3713E)

If you are experiencing long delays when using SNDPTFORD on LPAR. You will probably have this lines in ECS log file
\QIBM\UserData\OS400\UniversalConnection\log\eccTrace0.0.log :
WSWS3713E: Connection to the remote host failed

You can try to follow steps on section Delete and re-create the Service Configuration
Configuration Instructions for Electronic Customer Support (ECS) and Electronic Service Agent (ESA) for IBM i

After this you should set correct Proxy server values (if you use one) :
