To do fresh installation of the operating system you have to put CD/DVD with Licensed Machine Code into DVD drive and start machine in Manual mode.
After a while you will get the language selection screen

matches the language feature shown. If the operating
system media does not match what is shown, the
installation process will attempt to install the
